Turn-key renovation contractor. We are licensed General Contractors in most counties in Colorado, Wyoming, Indianapolis, and Florida. We manage projects that have only 1 division to all 16 daily and enjoy the challenge of making sure the right people are on the job.

Sustainability
It’s intentionally built into Key Lime’s slogan “Refreshing builds…” The core of Key Lime is renovating existing buildings to new spaces or refreshing current ones. Through this we are actively practicing better construction practices by reusing buildings, being aware of the types of materials we are using, and the restoration methods we practice.
Renovations
Key Lime’s bread and butter. We are the number one commercial building renovation experts. We understand how to take a building with no plans or full plans and get it to the finish line.
Pre-Construction
Engaging and thorough preconstruction determines the why of the project which sets the entire tone for success for the rest of the project. We also provide budget numbers for your annual capital improvement budgets or if “you’re just curious how much another bathroom in your office would cost”.
